Celebrating a first investment property
Congratulations to Byron Miranda and Yesika Miranda on purchasing their first investment property in Hagerstown. Thank you for trusting me to help with this milestone. It was a pleasure working with you, and I hope this is the first of many investment properties.
For someone beginning in real estate investing, that first purchase is a meaningful step. This closing is part of the history of my work with local buyers and sellers, and the photos below preserve that occasion.
